The calendar eases. The structure fades. And quietly, a question shows up:
What comes next?
This isn’t about slowing down.
It’s about finding your next rhythm, with clarity and purpose.
Walk back to what matters.
With decades of lived experience, now a qualified life coach and experienced pilgrim of the Camino de Santiago, I guide people through life’s transitions using a simple three-stage framework:
Reset - clear space, start moving
Rebuild - find rhythm, build strength
Refocus - move toward what matters
This isn’t theory.
It’s a practical path that works in real life, whether at home, in daily routines, or on a walk like the Camino.

This work isn’t about religion.
But it is about belief.
Not abstract belief.
Belief in yourself, your direction, and what still matters.
What we do is simple. A shared journey, through structured workshops and real-world experiences, grounded in one thing:
Walking.
Not as exercise. As a way to think, process, and move forward.
This is a practical path. One that helps you step out of drift, rebuild rhythm, and move forward with clarity.
We do that in three essential ways:
Body - rebuild your
physical base
Strength, movement, and the capacity to walk. Not extreme - just enough to feel solid again.
Mind - clear all the noise
Drop old patterns, reduce the constant input, and mental clutter. Create space. Think clearly again.
Direction - find what
matters now
Not in theory. In a way you can actually live, day to day. With purpose.
Clarity comes from movement, not waiting.
If this is on your mind, it’s worth a conversation.
1.
I’ve lived a full life, not just studied it.
33 jobs. 33 homes. 33 countries.
From small towns to big boardrooms, I’ve seen life from a lot of angles. That matters, because when things shift, you don’t need more theory.
You need someone who understands how real life actually works.
2.
I know what transition really feels like.
I’ve built businesses, and I’ve lost them.
I’ve carried responsibility, and I’ve had to rebuild. I’ve stood at that point where things change and the next step isn’t obvious.
This isn’t something I’ve read about. I’ve lived it.
3.
I don’t give answers. I help you find yours.
Qualifications matter, and I have them.
But real progress comes from something else:
- asking the right questions
- creating space to think
- and helping you see clearly again
That’s where the shift happens.
4.
I do this work myself.
I’m not on the sidelines. I’m writing, building, walking, and continuing my own path. This isn’t a side project.
It’s the work I’m committed to, every day.
A purposeful day to reset, rebuild and refocus.
A practical starting point for when things begin to shift.
This introduces a simple three-step path to navigate change:
1. Reset
Create space.
Step out of the noise, reduce friction, and
reconnect with your body.
2. Rebuild
Restore rhythm.
Re-establish habits, energy, and a way of
moving forward that actually holds.
3. Refocus
Find direction.
Get clear on what matters now - and what
comes next.
This isn’t theory.
It’s a guided process using:
- reflection that leads somewhere
- small-group conversation with people in a
similar place
- and practical tools you can use straight
away
All grounded in one thing:
Walking.
Not as exercise.
As a way to think, process, and move forward.
Six weeks of guided work - online, at home, and out walking
A structured path for when life begins to shift. Over six weeks, we work through a simple three-stage process:
- Reset - create space and step out of the noise
- Rebuild - restore rhythm, energy, and consistency
- Refocus - move forward with clarity and direction
This isn’t a course you sit through. It’s something you do.
Each week combines:
- guided reflection
- practical tools
- small group conversation
- and regular walking
So that change doesn’t stay in your head - it starts to show up in your life.
Week 1–2: Reset
Slow things down.
- reduce noise and overload
- reintroduce simple walking rhythm
- start noticing again.
Week 3–4: Rebuild
Create momentum.
- build physical capacity (walking, routine)
- re-establish consistency
- introduce simple tools that stick
Week 5–6: Refocus
Move forward with clarity.
- what matters now
- what changes
- what stays
- what the next chapter looks like
If you’re looking for something more tailored, we can design it with you.
Private group programs work well for:
- leadership teams
- professional associations
- and small groups wanting a shared experience
Walk across Spain. Discover yourself along the way.
Whether you choose a local pilgrimage, or the Camino itself, this work is designed to prepare you.
This is an Experiential Journey
For those who feel the pull toward Spain: We walk together in August 2026 - (subject to availability).
Not just to complete a journey, but to experience it properly - with reflection, conversation, and shared experience built in.
This is where it becomes real.
- The people.
- The places.
- The path - both within and without.
For many, this is the natural next step. Not to escape life.
But to step more fully into it.
Discover the Camino
Sometimes you don’t need more information. You need a clear head.
This is personal, one-to-one work for when things feel unclear, stuck, or in transition.
Not advice.
Not theory.
A space to think clearly, talk honestly, and work things through.
We start with a simple conversation.
From there, we shape a way forward that fits your life - not a template.
Using a clear structure to:
- step out of the noise
- understand what’s really going on
- and move forward with something that actually holds
Practical tools are part of it. But more importantly,
you start to see things differently.
If something needs to shift, this is where we start.
Every change starts somewhere.
You don’t have to do it on your own.
